Tour Booking Policy

Our structured booking policy ensures seamless coordination with our verified hotels, drivers, and safari operators.

• Advance Deposit: Minimum 30% advance deposit required to confirm ground arrangements.
• Balance Clearance: Remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days prior to departure or on arrival day as agreed in the quotation.
• Peak Season: For Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year travel, 50% advance deposit is mandatory.
