Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations are handled in a fair and transparent manner:

• 15+ Days Prior to Departure: 90% refund of the total package value (10% administrative fee retained).
• 8 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: 50% refund of the total package value.
• Within 7 Days of Departure: Non-refundable due to contractual hotel and vehicle commitments.
• Force Majeure: In the event of roadblocks, extreme landslides, or government-mandated closures, our team will make best efforts to reschedule dates or offer alternative itineraries.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working business days.
